 chexee, screenshot looks nice, will test it later in more detail.
 Some points to your patch:
  - Use tabs for indents, there are some whitespaces instead of tabs.
  - box-shadow and border-*-radius doesn't need the -o prefix for Opera
  - your changes in wp-admin.dev.css are wrong here, think they belong to
 #17184
