 * Back button, we can probably have "Close" there or something like "Back
 to standard mode".
  * Don't think the buttons are too far away, not sure how it would look
 like if moved.
  * We can add a mouseover on the top bar that would keep it open while the
 cursor is there (think @koopersmith has already added that in the next
 patch).

 Perhaps we can keep the ticket for patches/bug reports and discuss it at
 [http://wpdevel.wordpress.com/2011/04/25/the-distraction-free-writing-
 mode-has-been-in/ dev. updates].
