 I second what @nacin said. No need to do all the TinyMCE icons at this
 point, just replace the icons that WordPress uses in the sprite.

 I think the TinyMCE team has plans to replace all icons too but it would
 be best if you get in touch with @spocke (he is the lead developer of
 TinyMCE).
