 Do you have nay TinyMCE related plugins installed? The Fullscreen button
 is the 2nd last on the top row.. right before the advanced button.. I
 havn't looked at the integration, but i'm assuming this has disabled the
 fullscreen and re-added it with another script, thus, any other plugins?
