 When adding an existing user to a site, we click "Skip Confirmation Email
 Add the user without sending them a confirmation email" to add the user
 immediately to the site. We've noticed that there is no notification that
 the user has been added to a new site. Could email notification upon
 adding existing user be considered? Thanks!
