 If you go down a list of posts, pages, etc checking boxes, then choose
 Edit and click Apply at the bottom of the list table, the bulk editing
 layer opens, but you're not bumped back up to the top, so you can't see
 it.

 Desired action: clicking apply opens the layer AND scrolls the screen back
 to the top.
