 Related to the Press This bookmarklet redesign #17184, I wanted to
 disabling clicking on it, so that dragging is the only thing you can do.
 No one wants to blog a link to their Tools or Writing Settings page, so
 this is just another way for the user to fail.

 I'm working on this now.
