 primary browser: Chrome
 OS: OS-X 10.6.6

 Some parts of Tiny MCE and post-new.php  stopped working for many users in
 3.1 and problem still exists in 3.1.1

 When selecting text to create a new URL Link, and click make url button of
 Tiny MCE nothing happens. (using visual editor)

 When clicking the buttons for Upload/Insert, (new pic, new video, new
 music, other media) the in window pop-up does not come up.

 The post tags not working issue was fixed with 3.1.1.

 I have disabled all plug-ins and themes. The problem still remains for
 multiple browsers.
