 It would be nice to have an action link that activates (and implicitly
 enables) a particular theme for a site.

 Current workflow:

  1. Go to network admin -> Sites -> Site.
  2. Click 'Enable' on the theme.
  3. Go to site admin -> Appearance.
  4. Click 'Activate' on the theme.

 Proposed workflow:

  1. Go to network admin -> Sites -> Site.
  2. Click 'Activate' on the theme.
