 unfortunately, even if that is the cause, I unfortunately can't see
 anything that WordPress itself can do about this, It's a server
 configuration issue. We can probably close this ticket if it turns out to
 be caused by either of those simply due to the environment..

 ..Another thought, is what Browser is in use? does it happen in all
 browsers?
