 [attachment:print_scripts_l10n.2.diff] also gets rid of the
 'l10n_print_after' hack, since it's already taken care of by
 json_encode().

 Wondering wether we could do away with l10n.dev.js entirely. I don't
 imagine plugins calling convertEntities() directly.
