 Just confirming that right now there's no way to add another Super Admin.
 Or remove one.

 Also noting that any existing plugins that hooked into the former Super
 Admin menu to form their own sub-menu are now cut loose and unavailable.
 The plugins run, you just can't access any of the menus they created.
 There are a few where the menus are now showing up under other random top-
 level menus.

 So whatever hook they tapped into, it would be awesome if it could show up
 in here.
