 All browsers that have Google Chrome Frame installed will be reported as
 being Chrome. The only exception is {{{$is_lynx}}} (but I don't think that
 it is possible to install google chrome frame on lynx anyway).

 Stuff like {{{$is_winIE}}} does not work any longer.

 Problem has been introduced in r8815. This is because "chrome" matches
 "chromeframe".
