 As suggested in http://wordpress.org/extend/ideas/topic/remove-change-url-
 option people quite often change these values without knowing what they
 are doing, and consequently require support to fix the problems.

 Attached a quick and dirty patch that shifts these boxes further down the
 page, and adds a warning message before them.  Both should help to reduce
 such support questions.
