 But 3.0.0 introduced API function {{{get_super_admins();}}} has it
 hardcoded as default:

  */
 function get_super_admins() {
         global $super_admins;

 }
 }}}

 the concrete line is:[[BR]]
 return get_site_option( 'site_admins', array(''' 'admin' ''') );

 in file /wp-includes/capabilities.php.
