 A user pointed out on the WordPress Answers Exchange that, while we
 support wp_enqueue_script, there's no support for a wp_dequeue_script
 function.  Though the method calls are there in /wp-includes/class.wp-
 dependencies.php ... we just haven't implemented them.

 We should add a wp_dequeue_script function in order to fully flesh out the
 API.
