 Actually, a new taxonomy does not create a new query because we slurp all
 of the posts terms across all taxonomies in one go.  So that eliminates
 that argument against a taxonomy. Since a taxonomy would allow plugins to
 more easily add their own types and will make querying more flexible, I
 say we go with a taxonomy.
