 On the plugins page if I click delete Hello Dolly the confirmation page
 displays:


 You are about to remove the following plugin:

     * Hello Dolly by <a href="http://ma.tt/" title="Visit author
 homepage">Matt Mullenweg</a>

 The attached patch strips tags from the plugin author before outputting to
 the browser
