 Hi,

 I am a wordpress user and fan since 2005. Thanks to all the team for your
 great work.

 This is a suggestion for the admin bar css:

 using "position: absolute" and "z-index" on the admin bar rather than
 applying a padding 28px !important to the body would make the change a bit
 less intrusive and can't break the layout of the theme. With this method,
 people would not bother you because of a wp_footer() missing from their
 old themes.
