 Would just like to clarify that this is affecting a number of plugins, not
 just one.

 I deployed a release of the AddToAny plugin yesterday and the current
 version is having sporadic download issues (sometimes works, sometimes a
 404).

 Older versions seem to be downloading just fine. (Correct me if I'm
 wrong.)
