 When blog name is empty in General Settings, the link at the top of the
 admin header is almost impossible for users to find because the empty
 $blog_name string is replaces with
 {{{
 $nbsp;
 }}}

 Could we replace that with __( 'Visit Site' ) if $blog_name is empty. That
 string already exists as the alt prop for the same link.
