 Same problem. All plugins deactivated. Error cropped up in changeset 15683
 when TinyMCE was upgraded to v3.3. Firebug reports the following error:

 b.mceInit is undefined

 The error is isolated to TinyMCE; other JavaScript functions work as
 expected including the media manager.
