 The above {{{adminbarfixes.diff}}} file sorts out my previous patch of
 changing instances of blog(s) to site(s) to match with WP as it stands
 currently, the new addition of the patch sorts the ms-*.php files and
 links to the correct {{{network_admin_url();}}} updating the code to work
 with all the new 3.1 stuff in already!
