Comment:

 great work, I was kicked out of different web hosting just because of the
 "CPU throttling" and this issue.

 For applying a fix to my 3.0.1 I should only download the query.php from
 the main
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-includes/query.php
 or should patch manually using query.php.r15490.patch ?
 Also how can I patch using this file?
