 In the post editor, there is a Discussion box with selectors for allowing
 comments/pings, and a Comments box that actually lists the comments on the
 post/page and allows moderation. A use case I come across occasionally is
 that someone wants to add a comment to their own post, but currently they
 have to go to the live site to do so. It would a good thing to add a
 little 'Add new comment' link at the top of the Comments box that would
 open the comment form (a la clicking Reply).
