 The super-admin menu in the top right corner uses just the 𝝁 character, so
 it's very narrow.  That means that when you hover over the 𝝁 top-level
 menu, it's very easy to mouse over something else, such as the search
 button, on your way down to the super-admin sub-menu, killing the sub-
 menu.

 Patch keeps the hover on the mu top-level menu item, but not any other
 top-level items (current behavior).
