 The link should also appear under Dashboard in the left navigational menu:
  * It's not immediately obvious where it is, either based on past WP
 experience or other admin navigation clues.
  * The old Super Admin menu was up in the same area
  * The Updates notifications are under Dashboard
  * "Dashboard" is a global notion and appears in both modes
  * The Dashboard menu has a link to the meta-site "My Sites" page
  * All other admin links appear in the left menu
  * The user's profile link (also in the upper right where the network
 admin link is) is duplicated in the left menu under Users.
