Comment:

 This doesn't just affect feeds, it affects posts in general.

 Frustratingly I cannot consistently reproduce it, but it definitely
 happens. The 'on the last line' thing might be a red herring though. It
 could be an issue with the oEmbed provider returning a dud response which
 gets cached.
