 I tested with sidebar-sidebar (which gets prefixed to sidebar-sidebar-
 sidebar), and it seemed to work just fine (stripped to sidebar-sidebar).
 Same with sidebar-primary.

 But, you're right, a starts-with anchor is a bit better. Updated.
