Comment:

 Re-opening per @nacin because this in fact wasn't a duplicate.

 I've also confirmed that the next_posts_link and previous_posts_link
 generate the same erroneous URLs.

 Also, this is on a subdirectory install if that wasn't clear from the
 sample URLs.

 Just let me know if anyone needs more info.
