 I use it to tell people when they are running my plugin in test mode, the
 link isn't absolutely necessary. So it's information more than anything.
 (but I'll probably change the primary to be a link to the settings page
 for the plugin). However I then need to add pure information ''you are in
 test mode and only admins can...''
