 Perhaps the use case is a special user with exclusive rights (that even
 admins don't have I guess) to a CPT, in which case, a custom role with
 custom caps would be created, so they may as well set `map_meta_cap`
 explicitly to `false`. This would be a rare and limited case and would
 suggest that the default be true on map_meta_cap.
