 Todo:

 * Do we want this UI for pages too? I'm not sure that fits as well, but am
 open to it.
 * Automatic creation of supported post format taxonomy entries, when used,
 if they don't already exist. This way theme authors don't need to do it.
 Much better.
 * Convince Jane that this is the best location for this UI. I really think
 it is related to publishing the page, and anywhere else, it would be
 presented in a space-wasting manner.
 * "Format" column on Edit Posts screen
