 With the 64MB limit, we're seeing the exact same problem. The phpinfo
 output has been checked and confirmed as 64MB as well. PHP v5.3.2 / MySQL
 5.1.46.

 xCache has been disabled at the moment until we're able to fix this issue
 so that no other memory is used, even for caching. We've disabled every
 plugin on our site, though we're getting no where unfortunately.
