 going from the corrections/numbers of Dragoonis: users-new.php, line 115:
 "Editors can publish posts, manage posts as well as manage other people"
 is confusing; how about "Editors can publish and manage their own posts as
 well as other people's posts" unless I'm misunderstanding that set of
 capabilities?

 same, line 121, missing word in "Uncheck the box if you do not the
 password to be included in the welcome email." should be "do not want the
 password"
