 Up above you said you imported from MU into WP. What specifically did you
 import?

 MU adds that option/value to every blog. We have a MU site that was
 installed pre MU 1.0 and the blogs have that option set to the value
 above.

 BUT, MU works fine without a value in the file_upload_path option.

 I won't be able to do anything with this unless I have some representative
 values to work with. What was your fileupload_url, etc? You can change
 domain names, etc. to generic values like mysite.com?
