 The bug with not being able to clear the terms is fixed. However, the
 patch I submitted ([attachment:ticket:10122:10122.diff]) did more than
 just add an empty input array because that didn't check against user's
 permission to assign to the taxonomy.  That patch would be a better fix
 than what was committed.
