 A lot of minified .js scripts are very similar in size to their .dev.js
 version (wp-ajax-response.dev.js 3k, wp-ajax-response.js 2.1k) and I'm not
 sure it's top priority to save a few extra bytes on scripts that are
 loaded in the admin area only.

 So, an option could be to ship a full .dev.js + a minified .js only if
 that saves more than XX kbytes.
