 I discovered that there's no sign limitation for a string in comments. So,
 if user passes a looong string with no white-spaces or new-line
 characters, it will be shown all its way straight ahead, as it is in the
 screenshot:

 I think it is annoying bug, that allows to mutilate blogs without a
 comment premoderation.
