 Manager plugin] which gives a really nice drag and drop interface for
 pages and handles nested pages very well.

 A note on accessibility/non-JS - it might be sufficient to display a
 column for the menu_order field (as a small text area). This would be
 dynamically replaced by the drag and drop handler for users with JS.
