 In moving a site from wordpress.com to Bluehost using export then import,
 the anchor tags are not imported correctly.

 The recent comments links don't work.  They can't find the anchor tags
 because the tags are not imported correctly.

 You can see the results here (just click a recent comments link):

 http://mypatentbar.com       works correctly

 http://usptoexam.com/mypatentbar/      imported site, anchors don't work
