 I want to remove both Classic and Default. Put them in the Themes
 Directory so that upgrades will be available.  Those who svn up will lose
 them after upping, but some upgrade code that switches to twentyten if
 default or classic disappear will suffice. svn uppers who use classic or
 default probably only use them for testbeds.

 Shipping stuff in wp-content is lame. We have to ship one theme, but the
 Themes Directory should be used for all others.
