 In attempting to upgrade to the most recent version of Wordpress, I
 encountered this error.

 Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Plugin_Upgrader in
 C:\wamp\www\latestWP\wp-admin\includes\class-wp-upgrader.php  on line 582

 I am running the alpha version on my local machine, but based on the
 error, it seems that the error is in the codeflow, not the version.
