 @raptor235: This is v1 of the menu feature for core, and we are past
 feature freeze. At this point, the only thing happening for 3.0 is
 continuing the effort to bring the feature fully in line with the existing
 WordPress UI, making an accessible version of the feature, and squashing
 bugs. Suggestions for additions to the menu system would be better made at
 http://wordpress.org/extend/ideas so they can be discussed prior to the
 determination of features for version 3.1.

 That said (which was largely just to put it on record), the menu system
 allows for submenus, so what you're asking for really just depends on
 theme support.
