 In wp-includes/user.php we have the function {{{get_user_option()}}} and
 {{{update_user_option()}}} that deal with global or per-blog user options
 (stored in wp_usermeta).

 Unfortunately, there's no {{{delete_user_option()}}} to remove an option
 from the DB.

 The attached patch adds that function.
