 More and more asynchronous javascripts need a part of their javascript
 printed right after the opening <body> tag, the Google Analytics
 asynchronous tracking being my most obvious example. To allow for this
 themes should come with a new function in the same fashion as wp_head and
 wp_footer, to be called 'body_open'.
