 Does Woo do that?  The version of Woo Custom Navigation I have does not
 support display context.  WP doesn't currently support display context for
 Widgets or Menus because the UI for it needs a lot of work.  All display
 context UIs I've seen for Widgets are variations on "a bunch of check
 boxes for every widget".
