 Accessibility it more important. Any user should be able to understand the
 distinction, as it's an application-wide convention. If they can't, even
 after seeing it in action once or twice, then they fall outside the range
 of the average user. Someone can write a plugin to remove the edit link if
 they think their users will have that much trouble.
