 I believe this appears to be by design, but it has proven to be really
 confusing to end users who are using my themes. When they try to change
 the image name, the only field provided is "Title". Users do not see a
 distinction between "Title" and the image's actual filename.

 Therefore, could I ask if there is a setting to allow the "Title" edit to
 actually change the filename of the image? Or can you put this in as a
 feature request?
