 Wow! Pardon for the ironic comment, but I sincerely feel that *they* are
 being privileged. You're meaning that, while those of us who have been
 using WP for ages have gone through all sorts of barriers to upgrade,
 broken plugins, broken themes, API changes, sufficiently massaged new
 features, outright new bugs, and more... a minority of WP MU users backed
 by vocal fear mongers will manage to make us prevent 20M WP sites from
 getting a useless file? Sounds like...:
